Sit down someplace quiet, search your heart, and ask yourself, “Am I happy?” What’s your honest answer? Do you feel unhappy most of the time but not sure why? What are the reasons why we are always so unhappy? Are you having trouble pinpointing the reasons why you're unhappy? If so, we've made this video to help you potentially identifying the reasons why you're always unhappy or sad so that you can start making changes to your environment or circumstances. Sometimes, it's not you. It's your environment that makes you unhappy.
